At GearMotion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new athletic gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

  1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To maintain high hygiene standards for all our athletes, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition:Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Original Packaging:Items must be in their original packaging with all professional tags and labels still attached.
  • Footwear:Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. Please do not use the shoebox as the shipping box; place it inside another shipping carton to avoid damage.
  • Exclusions:For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, headbands, and wristbands cannot be returned once the original seal or packaging has been opened, unless they arrive defective.
  1. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at info@gearmotion.us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address in Rockwood, TN.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  1. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approval:If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only receive a partial refund or be denied.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@gearmotion.us.
