At GearMotion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new athletic gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
- RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To maintain high hygiene standards for all our athletes, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition:Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Original Packaging:Items must be in their original packaging with all professional tags and labels still attached.
- Footwear:Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. Please do not use the shoebox as the shipping box; place it inside another shipping carton to avoid damage.
- Exclusions:For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, headbands, and wristbands cannot be returned once the original seal or packaging has been opened, unless they arrive defective.
- HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
